Description:
Camera
was build 1952/53 by Voigtländer Braunschweig (Versuchskamera)
for the 60mm Ultragon MF lens based on a Bessa I body. No
Rangefinder yet. Scale focussing from infinity to 1.5m
This was not a handmade conversion, but close to a serial
production camera
The Special finder is included
No other piece known (since it was decided not to make a serial
production, probably influenced by Zeiss)
Moreover, factory museum disappeared (probably destroyed) after
closing Voigtlaender Braunschweig manufacturing facility in
1972.
This one survived as personal camera used by A.W.Tronnier
(designer of the lens)
